Tea & Empathy Counseling is seeking individuals to join our team!
We are seeking
licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW, and Residents in Counseling
Why
work with us? I’m glad you asked!
We are a clinician-founded private practice that seeks to grow and impact the community. We are seeking other dedicated clinicians to partner with us on this journey. The concept for Tea & Empathy Counseling comes from three meaningful aspects that are near and dear to our hearts. Our love of tea and its history, the desire to care for people at an empathetic level, and the correlation to the Japanese art of kintsugi.
Our focus is to provide the kind of work environment that makes clinicians look forward to coming to work. We strive to create a warm, welcoming environment for our clinicians and clients.
We also believe that fellowship, professional support, and collaboration are as important as a work-life balance. We encourage clinicians to have lunch, take a break and step out of their heads to enjoy what their co-workers bring to the mix. Training opportunities (CEUs) will also be offered.
