DBT Skills - Group Therapy

Tea & Empathy offers two Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills groups. We offer a Saturday group for adults at 10am and 1pm (There is a waitlist currently for our 10am group) and a Monday evening group for teens at 6pm. DBT is an evidence-based practice that has been backed by extensive research and shown to be effective therapeutic intervention to treat PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression.
