Individual Therapy

There is no road map for life and during our journey we encounter situations that can be difficult to handle alone. When these situations occur, they can be disruptive to our lives. Individual counseling or sometimes referred to as psychotherapy, is for anyone seeking to work through difficult situations, learn coping skills, and work towards become the best version of themselves. Clients partner with their counselor to set goals, learn new coping skills, and talk through situations or events to be able to process them and move forward.
